Choose between Free and Pro
Free includes up to three active workflows and most triggers; Pro removes the active-workflow limit and unlocks scheduled and form-submission triggers.
What you can do on Free
Kanopee Free is designed to let you build and run real workflows without a card.
Current Free-plan rules are:
- up to 3 active workflows
- access to all currently implemented workflow actions
- access to most current triggers; and
- templates can be viewed and installed.
Two trigger types are currently Pro-only: Scheduled and Form submission.
If an installed template uses one of those Pro-only triggers, you can inspect and configure it on Free, but publishing it requires Pro.
What Pro adds
Kanopee Pro currently adds:
- unlimited active workflows
- Scheduled workflows; and
- Form submission workflows.
The currently implemented action set is not split between Free and Pro, so upgrading primarily changes workflow volume and trigger availability.
Pro billing is handled through Stripe Checkout, and billing can be managed from Kanopee Settings through the Stripe billing portal.
What happens when you reach a Free limit
If you already have three active workflows on Free, Kanopee will not let you exceed that active-workflow limit.
Similarly, if a workflow uses a Scheduled or Form submission trigger, Kanopee can show Pro upgrade messaging during configuration or publishing.
Your workflow definition is not intended to disappear simply because it cannot be activated on the current plan. Resolve the plan restriction or change the workflow to use Free-supported behaviour.
Choosing a plan during setup
After HubSpot is connected, Kanopee asks you to choose a plan.
Choose Free if you want to start without paid billing. Choose Pro if you need unlimited active workflows or one of the Pro-only triggers.
If you choose Pro, Stripe handles the payment flow and Kanopee waits for the subscription status to be confirmed before normal paid access is available.
